The Geneva Township Republican Central Committee (GTRCC) is composed of volunteer Republican precinct committee persons who are either elected or appointed from the 20 precincts across Geneva Township.

The officers of the GTRCC form the executive board, who set the organization's priorities, establish a meeting schedule and manage the organization's finances and reporting obligations to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
