Through its education, advocacy, litigation and research, CHD challenges federal and state governments, pharmaceutical companies, corporations and corrupt regulatory agencies to end the practices that are harming children’s health. In the age of COVID, CHD’s mission to protect health, especially infants’ and children’s health, has never been more important.

Kathy Salvi Elected Chair of the Illinois Republican Party
The State Central Committee of the Illinois Republican Party elected Kathy Salvi as the next Chair by acclamation, with a start date of July 19th in accordance with outgoing Chairman Don Tracy's resignation. Aaron DelMar dropped out when it became clear that Ms. Salvi would win. Recall that Aaron led the grassroots delegation downstate to help elect Dean White as our RNC Committeeman from Illinois. Dean has the ability and commitment to bring all factions together as we work toward winning more elections.
